Returns and exchanges

We want you to LOVE what you ordered, but if anything is wrong let us know. We might be able to  refund you or send you another color, new size or completely different style.

For personalized orders, no refund or exchange possible. However, we will work with you to find a solution that makes you smile!

All returns must be authorized by sending an email to catherine@latibulle.ca and must be sent within 7 days of receiving your order.
