What is eligible for return?

Items from the TISSUS REVUS & RECOUSUS collection. You can return or exchange any item in its original (labeled, unwashed and unworn) or defective condition, unless it was purchased for final sale.


What is NOT eligible for return?

All items from the SOUVENIRS SUR MESURE collection. Due to the nature of these items we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items included in this collection.

Do you pay the shipping costs for returns?

For the moment, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and not of Latibulle. It is our wish to eventually offer delivery to our loyal customers.


Can I return final sale items?

No, we do not accept returns or exchanges on final sale merchandise.


What happens if I use a promotional code to make my purchase?

You can exchange the item for the same in a different style or color. You can also claim credit for the amount you paid for a new item at its current price. A promotional code already used cannot be applied to the sale of a different item.


Can I get a price adjustment?

No, we do not accept systematic price adjustments at this time. You can email us at catherine @ latibulle within seven (7) days so that we can assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.


How long does it take to get a refund?

All refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise and credited using your original payment method.
